The City of Allen Park is soliciting bids for the purchase of City owned property parcels.   The Lot Disposition Policy will consist of two components;
            Side Lot Disposition – Parcels must be vacant, contiguous to owner occupied property, and a size or shape which render is unsuitable for new development without combining the parcel with a contiguous parcel of property.
            Real Estate Disposition – Parcels of a size sufficient to be developed in accordance with current zoning and building codes without the need of a variance.
