In the interest of better-informed citizenry, the Mayor and Council are publishing the following PROPOSED budget information and invite your remarks and participation.  At the time of this notice, the City is preparing, in conformity with Act 15 of 1991 and other legal requirements, the 2019-2020 budget.  The final formula is not known; therefore these PROPOSED budget estimates are subject to adjustment before final approval by the Council.
