A Public Service Request system  

The City of Allen Park has implemented a 311 citizen service system.  The City’s 27,600+ citizens will be able to report nonemergency issues in their community.  The Report a Problem feature on our City website is a public service request system created by Revize.

Report a Problem is free and easy to use.  Allen Park citizens can include pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more ample, valuable information as needed in their report through this system.

The platform offers a centralized and integrated management system, whereby City officials can engage further with citizens, track issues and monitor success. This unified and citizen connected platform increases both the quality and efficiency of service throughout Allen Park.
