Last Day to Register to Vote in August State Primary

CITY OF ALLEN PARK
NOTICE OF LAST DAY OF REGISTRATION FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD
          AUGUST 7, 2018
 
Tuesday, July 9, 2018 is the last day to register to vote or change your address for the Tuesday, August 7, 2018 Primary Election
 
You may register to vote or change your address in the following manner:
 
In Person
At the City Clerk’s Office, 15915 Southfield Road, Allen Park or at the Office of the County Clerk during normal business hours. City of Allen Park Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
 
At any Secretary of State Branch offices located throughout the state during normal business hours.
 
At specified agency for clients receiving services through the Family Independence Agency, the Department of Community Health, Michigan Jobs Commission and some recruitment offices for persons enlisting in the Armed Forces.
 
By Mail
By obtaining and completing a Mail Voter Registration Application and forwarding it to the election official as directed on the application by the close of registration deadline.
A, person who registers to vote by mail is required to vote in person unless they have previously voted in person in the State of Michigan, are at least 60 years of age or are handicapped.
